Subscriptions
If you purchase a Professional subscription and within 30 days of purchase want to discontinue your membership, VINEX offers a money-back guarantee.
Subscription Payment
Your subscription is invoiced for the purchase period of either 90 days (trial) or 12 months. Part or periodic installment payments are not available. You can purchase with Visa, MasterCard or American Express and you will be invoiced in GBP (converted to your local currency). Prices exclude local taxes that may apply.
Can I cancel or upgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel, and VINEX will credit 50% of any unused portion of paid subscription. You can upgrade your subscription from Basic to Professional at any time via your Account Settings page.
Payment Terms
All Trades
- Contract, Fulfillment & Buyer Introductory Fees - Supplier is invoiced, and the fee is payable within 30 days of the invoicing month, for wine dispatched and paid. A prepayment discount is available.
- Supplier Introduction Fee (monopoly tenders only) - invoiced to the Agent on receipt of both parties agreeing to formally submit for a published tender. The fee is payable per tender, even if samples are from the same supplier. Invoice is payable within 30 days of the invoicing month.
- VINPay Settlement Fee - deducted from the 80% advanced payment made by VINPay to the supplier. If the Contract fee also applies, this will be invoiced separately, as above.
- VINPay +60D Extension Fee (optional) - invoiced to the buyer to extend invoices' payment due dates.
Payment Recovery Fee
Note: Invoices not paid by their due date, and not in dispute, will immediately attract a 5.0% recovery fee calculated on the value of the unpaid amount for the first 60 days. If the invoice remains unpaid, a recurring recovery fee of 5.0% is calculated each month on the unpaid amount, until the invoice is paid in full.
VINEX fees are invoiced in the member's preferred major currency. Payment is accepted by EFT/Wire or major debit / credit cards.
To pay invoices securely online using your debit/credit card, login and from your dashboard and select Payments: Subscriptions and Invoices, and follow the prompts.
Certified Laboratory Analysis
Standard Analysis
Standard laboratory analysis includes the following measurements unless agreed otherwise:
- Actual Alcohol (abv %)
- Total Alcohol (abv %)
- Free SO2 mg/L
- Total SO2 mg/L
- Glucose/Fructose g/L
- pH
- Titratable Acidity g/L
- Volatile Acidity g/L
- Colour (IC)
- Heavy metals and other analysis variables are available by request.
Advertising & Enhancements
Demand dependent pricing
Advertising space and the number of available listing and search rank enhancements are limited. At times of limited availability and high demand, prices may increase. You will be advised prior to purchase if the demand rate is higher than the published rate.
Enhancements time-bound
Listing enhancements purchased are limited to 30 days from purchase unless the listing is completed or withdrawn prior. If the listing remains in the Exchange after 30 days, any enhancements may be removed. At this time, the listing owner may again purchase enhancements to further promote their listing.

VINEX utilises one of the world's most sophisticated eCommerce gateways to securely process payments. Credit card information is not stored by VINEX.
Payments are accepted by Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
